Our 4-Step Process for your website:
- Step 1: Initial Consultation
This free initial consultation (in person, by phone, email, skype, etc.) establishes communication between us, which can be the most important step in the process.
We listen to find out your needs and wants. We clearly define your goals and requirements of the project. We will work together to come up with an initial development and/or marketing plan.
- Step 2: Proposal
After researching your project requirements and audience, a proposal is drafted for your review. This proposal could contain a rough sketch or layout of the website’s design. The proposal could also contain a plan for your websites content to make it effective and a marketing plan. The proposal is given to you with any other suggestions we have come up with during our research. A proposal will also be presented with an initial quote for the services proposed. Once you are happy with the concepts and costs of the services, an initial % is collected to begin development.
- Step 3: Service Begins
More research and preparation is done if needed. Design and/or other services begin. After the design is completed, you will have the opportunity to review the website. If you are happy with design and remaining process another % of the cost is collected.
- Step 4: Project Completion
Design and/or other service(s) are completed. The project will be tested and ready for launch. The project will be presented to you and you will have the opportunity to review and suggest any final changes or concerns you have. Any changes will be addressed. If you are happy with your completed project. The remaining % will be collected.
We will continue to monitor your website for a couple weeks to see if any problems arise. We will do our best to equip you with all of the references and resources you will need to maintain and track your websites progress according to your marketing plan. A maintenance plan may be desired if continual changes and updates will be need from our services. Also monthly contracts may be desired for SEO, marketing, or monitoring plans.
MKSystemz will follow this process closely for most projects. Some projects and plans will differ slightly and depend on the goals and requirements of the client. We will work to maintain an open communication throughout the project, so that we are on the same page and any questions can be answered and discussed.
